Attorney Angela Warren graduated from UC Irvine and UC Hastings College of the Law, and began her legal career at Long & Levit, a San Francisco–based litigation firm.

Insurance & Executive Leadership Experience
Ms. Warren later joined the American Insurance Association, representing Fortune 500 commercial insurance companies such as Chubb, Hartford Insurance Company, and St. Paul.
She served as Assistant Vice President for the Western Region of the United States and the Northern Mariana Islands. In this senior executive role, she represented member companies across:
- Auto insurance
- Business insurance products
- Proposed business and insurance legislation
International Legal Experience
Angela Warren also served as Americas International Counsel at Silicon Graphics, managing outside legal counsel throughout Latin America and Canada.
Her work included oversight of business transactions, litigation, and immigration matters in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and other Latin American countries. Her responsibilities included:
- Evaluating legal implications of national and international business strategies
- Overseeing subsidiaries
- Negotiating letters of credit, licensing, third-party vendor, and sales agreements
